Picking your Booth(s)

Booth reservations are not guaranteed until payment has been made in full. Booth priority is given to the previous year’s sponsoring companies and then on a first-come-first-served basis. Preferences for booth space location are for guidance and are not guaranteed. Exhibitors can purchase up to eight consecutive booths. This holds true for anyone representing two or more companies such as a distributor and manufacturer combining on the same product; they must adhere to the booth limit. Please reference the Atlantic City Convention Floor plan in this brochure. 

Payment & Refunds

  • The first exhibit booth is $775. Each additional booth is $750.
  • The deposit, half of the total booth cost, is due upon return of the application. Balance is due May 1st.
  • If you cancel on or before March 1st, you will lose 50% of initial deposit.
  • If you cancel on or before May 1st, you will lose 50% of total booth fee.
  • There are no refunds after May 1st.

Failure to adhere to the above payment schedule may result in a change of booth assignment or loss of booth space. Payment must accompany your application in order for space to be reserved. Applications received after May 1st will require payment in full. Cancellations must be done in writing.

Your Exhibit Booth(s) Will Include

  • Booths are 10 ft. x 10 ft. Each booth will include:
    • 8’high back drape
    • 3’ high side rails
    • 7” x 44” identification sign
    • Aisle carpet
    • 8’ skirted table
    • 2 chairs
    • 1 wastebasket
    • Exhibitors are required to purchase carpet for their booth area.

The exhibit floor is concrete. Exhibitors are required to purchase carpet for their own booth space. Each exhibitor is allowed four exhibitor badges for the first booth purchased and two for each additional booth purchased. Additional badges must be purchased.

Internet

Wireless Internet will be available throughout the exhibit hall and function space for attendees and exhibitors.  If you are interested in setting up a hard wired internet connection for your exhibit booth, please click here.

Deadlines

  • Sunday, March 1st…..Cancellation of booth(s) results in a 50% loss of deposit
  • Friday, May 1st ….. Full balance of payment is due
  • Friday, May 1st…..Cancellation of booth(s) results in a 50% loss of total booth fee
  • Saturday, May 2nd…..Refunds are no longer allocated
  • Friday, September 25th…..Vista must receive your order form to honor discount pricing
  • Monday, September 28th…..Early bird pricing for convention packages end
