Admittance to all events and seminars will be by convention badge (and ticket if applicable). Requests for refunds must be received in writing. No refunds will be issued after October 1, 2010. Your badges/tickets will be ready for you at the entrance of the Mark G. Etess Arena. Please register at the show site if you miss the deadline.
