Here you will be able to easily access the necessary paperwork to file claims, keep daily logs, as well as procedures and policies.

Claims Kit - This kit is to be used for any incident that involves loss of property, damage to property, injury to customers and injuries to employees. These reports should be completed even if no actual claim is made. Whenever possible, pictures should be taken as soon as practical after the report is completed.
